March 20th to the 26th is National Drug and Alcohol Week. The purpose of this week is to help share facts about drugs, alcohol, and addiction with our families and community members. Prevention and early intervention strategies can reduce the impact of substance use and mental disorders. Prevention activities work to educate and support individuals and communities to prevent the use and misuse of drugs and the development of substance use disorders. Please review the attachments below. Should questions arise please reach me as I am happy to discuss and support our community.

I want to continue to make an effort to raise awareness and promote the issues of substance use, misuse, and abuse that could take place in our community. Knowledge is power and it is important to be "in the know" of today's trends.
