YOU MATTER DAY is celebrated because everyone matters to someone, and someone matters to you. Using just these four words, you matter to me, can make a profound difference to every person who hears it and shares it.
What you can do to make a difference:
Write an inspirational message to a friend or family member; maybe even someone who looks like they need some cheering up.
Smile at everyone you pass to help make the day even brighter. One smile can change how a person feels.
Be empathetic towards others emotions
Be kind to all! For everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about.
